At Admiresty.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns under the following conditions:  
    Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.  
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.  
  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).  
  • Custom, personalized, and digital products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

🚫 Important:
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
•    Swimwear
•    Lingerie
•    Custom or personalized items
•    Digital products
If these items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll review your case.


How to Start a Return:  
1. Request a return from your Admiresty account or contact us at hello@admiresty.com.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.  
3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.  

Return Shipping: 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).  
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. 

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under these conditions:  

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.  

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).  
  • For digital products and services, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered or accessed.  


Exchanges
 
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please complete the return process for a refund and place a new order.

- Personalized/custom orders  
- Sale or clearance items (if marked "Final Sale")  
- Items returned without authorization
